On Oct. 27, Catherine A. Griffin (trustee) sold their commercial property at 12 S. Prospect Ave., Clarendon Hills to 10 14 S Prospect LLC for $600,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $12,580.56, 2.1% of the sale price of the home.
