Willowbrook High School standout Max Vaisvila’s college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Tuesday, April 1

On Tuesday, April 1, former Willowbrook High School standout Max Vaisvila’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Purdue Boilermakers.

The game took place at Alexander Field. This was their first matchup against the Boilermakers this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 1 p.m. at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park against Ohio Bobcats.
