The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate William G. Foster, Bill Foster for Congress Committee, refunded $200 to Fred Keiserman on August 9, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.
