Wheaton Police Pension Fund Board schedules special and rescheduled meetings for May 21
The City of Wheaton announced on May 15 that the Police Pension Fund Board has scheduled a special meeting and rescheduled its regular meeting, both to take place on Thursday, May 21, at the Wheaton Police Station.
The announcement is intended to inform the public and media about changes in the meeting schedule for city boards and commissions. The notice was issued in accordance with state statutes regarding public meetings.
According to the announcement, both meetings will be held at 900 W Liberty Drive, Wheaton. The special meeting is set to begin at 5:00 p.m., immediately followed by the rescheduled regular meeting from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The agenda for the special meeting includes a call to order, roll call, public comment with a three-minute limit per person, review and approval of an application for non-duty disability benefit submitted by Grace Turney, possible closed session if needed, and adjournment.
