Villa Park District 45 seeks community input on addressing budget deficit
In the fall of 2025, the District 45 Board of Education began looking for ways to address a budget deficit and a decreasing financial reserve. The board’s aim is to work with community members to find options that keep educational quality high while ensuring the district remains financially stable in the long term. To help with this process, EOSullivan Consulting has been brought in to assist with a community engagement initiative that includes surveys, public discussions, and other opportunities for feedback.
District 45 encourages all residents to get involved and learn more about the process. “Together, we will determine our path forward,” the district stated. Updates, reports, and further information will be posted as the work continues.
