UW Whitewater's Lily Newton to participate in NCAA Division III basketball tournament
Lily Newton, a former Waubonsie Valley High School star now playing for the UW Whitewater Warhawks, is set to take part in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The team opens play against the Transylvania Pioneers.
Their first contest will be held Friday, March 6 at 8:15 p.m. at the Williams Center.
