Three CCIW athletes earn spots on AVCA Division III volleyball All-America teams
Three athletes from the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) have been named to the 2025 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division III Women’s All-America Teams, according to an announcement made Monday.
Illinois Wesleyan’s Taylor French was selected for the First Team, while Kristina Manojlovic of Carthage and Alex Bardouniotis of Illinois Wesleyan earned Honorable Mention recognition.
French received All-America honors for the fourth year in a row. She is only the second player from Illinois Wesleyan to achieve four career All-America awards. Over the 2025 season, French recorded 449 kills (4.16 per set), 77 aces, 325 digs, and 27 blocks. Her career totals place her at the top of Illinois Wesleyan’s records for kills (1,919), aces (286), and points (2,278.5).
Manojlovic secured her first AVCA All-America honor after a strong junior season with Carthage. As a First Team All-CCIW selection, she led the conference with 482 kills—ranking sixth nationally—and was among national leaders in total attacks (1,315; third) and points (540.5; seventh). She also contributed 286 digs, 53 blocks, and 28 aces during the season and finished second in the CCIW in both kills per set (3.83) and points per set (4.29).
Bardouniotis received her first All-America distinction following a notable sophomore campaign that aided Illinois Wesleyan in achieving a 28–3 record this year. The First Team All-CCIW honoree registered 327 kills (3.03 per set) and 334 digs (3.09 per set), ranking second on her team in both categories. She also posted 51 aces, 29 blocks, and assisted on 16 plays.
