The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Wheaton rose by $46,500 while total sales increased by 31.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 342 homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,500 - a 13.6% increase over the $343,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 260 homes sold in Wheaton in the third quarter of 2020.
