The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Hinsdale in DuPage County rose by $62,750 while total sales increased by 10.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 257 homes sold, with a median sale price of $879,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $816,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 232 homes sold in Hinsdale in the second half of 2020.
