Alyssa Busker, Jordan Bartolazzi, and David Stone have been recognized with Midwest Region awards by the USTFCCCA for their significant contributions to Elmhurst University's track and field program during the 2025 indoor season.

Alyssa Busker, a sprinter from Plainfield, Illinois, was awarded the Midwest Region Track Athlete of the Year. Her performance this season included breaking several records. At the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships, she finished second in the 200 meters with a time of 24.29 seconds, narrowly missing the national title by 0.3 seconds. This achievement placed her seventh on the all-time NCAA DIII list.

Busker also set a personal record earlier in the season with a time of 7.45 seconds in the 60 meters, making her the third-fastest athlete in NCAA DIII history for that event. She later secured fourth place at nationals with a time of 7.56 seconds and received All-America honors.

Jordan Bartolazzi, serving his eighth year as Director of Track & Field and Cross Country, was named Midwest Region Women's Coach of the Year. Under his guidance, Elmhurst achieved a tenth-place finish at the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships—the best in program history—with four athletes earning First-Team All-America honors. The team also claimed its first-ever title at the CCIW Indoor Championships by scoring a meet-record 160 points and winning five events.

David Stone was honored as Midwest Region Women's Assistant Coach of the Year in his seventh year as jumps coach and third as Associate Head Coach for Elmhurst. His athletes scored 64 points at the CCIW Indoor Championships, highlighted by a sweep of first through third places in long jump events. The long jump squad was acknowledged as No.1 Event Squad nationally.
