State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro (R-Hanover Park) has been recognized for her commitment to Illinois’ manufacturing sector by achieving a perfect score on the 2023 Technology & Manufacturing Association’s (TMA) Legislative Scorecard. The scorecard highlights lawmakers who have voted in full alignment with TMA’s positions on key legislation impacting small and midsize manufacturers in Illinois.

TMA represents thousands of manufacturers across Illinois and tracks how legislators vote on critical issues affecting the manufacturing industry. In 2023, Representative Sanalitro consistently supported pro-manufacturing legislation on all seven key bills evaluated by TMA. These bills included significant topics like the Freelance Worker Protection Act, the Nuclear Energy Bill, and the Manufacturing Mentorship Program.

The TMA scorecard for 2023 saw an increase in the number of lawmakers receiving perfect scores compared to the previous year, reflecting growing bipartisan support for Illinois manufacturers. Representative Sanalitro joins 31 other legislators in both the Illinois House and Senate who scored 100% on the legislative scorecard.

Representative Sanalitro’s perfect score underscores her commitment to fostering a strong business climate and supporting manufacturing jobs in the 48th District.
