F. Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2024-13, approving an intergovernmental agreement with DuPage County for the OTRS #2 project

G. Accept staff recommendation and pass resolution R2024-14, awarding the contract for OTRS #2 Phase I and Utility Improvements to Martam Construction, Inc., of Elgin, Illinois in the amount of $1,120,300.25

H. Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and authorize staff to advertise for bids for the 2024 construction projects outlined in staff’s February 7, 2024, memorandum prior to formal approval of the FY 2025 Budget
