Mark Rice, a candidate for the 8th Congressional District, has openly criticized what he calls the "corrupt Biden administration" on Facebook. He accuses the current administration of deceiving Americans with hollow promises, expressing a sentiment of dissatisfaction that resonates with many.

“The forked tongue politicians and this corrupt Biden administration are lying when they say they ‘care about Americans.’ They don’t,” Rice said. 

“We see it clearly that they are liars,” he added on his Facebook post. “They take our votes, our hard earned money, and blatantly ignore OUR problems. Americans are fed up! We are going to get them all out in November 2024. Help us flip IL8.”

Rice is advocating for change and encouraging supporters to donate to his congressional campaign through his website where various contribution amounts can be selected. His campaign seeks to mobilize individuals who align with Rice's vision of a promising and united America. According to campaign statements, Rice’s "work in Congress will create a unity of purpose among constituents, always representing the best interests of the residents of the 8th Congressional District and restoring America's promise through economic growth, fiscal discipline, tax relief, immigration reform, and border security."
