ETS-R-0060-22 Awarding Resolution to VIAVI Solutions PO 922025 for full maintenance and calibration on three (3) radio calibration units for a one (1) year for a period from September 8, 2022 through September 7, 2023, and to upgrade the three (3) units with Option 646 to allow for calibration of the new radio models. ETS-R-0055-22 Resolution to approve access to the DuPage Emergency Dispatch Interoperable Radio System talk groups pursuant to Policy 911-005.2: Access to the DuPage Emergency Dispatch Interoperable Radio System (DEDIRS), as requested by the Department of Homeland Security/Homeland Security Investigations. Recommendation to amend and approve under ETS-R-0044-22 by the Policy Advisory Committee VOTE (to approve): 4 Ayes, 2 Absent.
2. ETS-R-0056-22 Resolution to approve access to the DuPage Emergency Dispatch Interoperable Radio System talk groups pursuant to Policy 911-005.2: Access to the DuPage Emergency Dispatch Interoperable Radio System (DEDIRS), as requested by the Illinois State Police. Recommendation to amend and approve under ETS-R-0049-22 by the Policy Advisory Committee VOTE (to approve): 6 Ayes, 0 Nays.
3. ETS-R-0057-22 Resolution approving the County Board execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement on behalf of the Emergency Telephone System Board to provide replacement radios for end of life/end of support radios on the DuPage Emergency Dispatch Interoperable Radio System to its Members.
4. ETS-R-0063-22 Resolution declaring equipment, inventory, and/or property listed on Exhibit A, purchased by the Emergency Telephone System Board of DuPage County, as Surplus Equipment.
