Dupage City median home prices fell by 5.5% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Dupage City fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 68.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 5.5 percent decrease from the $153,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Dupage City in April 2021.
