Glenbard South median home prices rose by 75.3% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Glenbard South rose by $292,000 while total sales decreased by 75 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $680,000 - a 75.3 percent increase over the $388,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Glenbard South in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Glenbard South for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,907, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for April.
