On March 15, Erin Anthony and Scott Brown purchased a home at 923 N. Washington St., Wheaton from Mahady (trust) for $360,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,005.12, 1.95% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 26 properties sold in Wheaton.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas Mahady, 65, was the only registered voter residing at 923 N. Washington St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
