On Feb. 16, Lawrence D. and Dian K. Schulz purchased a home at 1599 Whitman Lane, Wheaton from Janet E Reuss for $519,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $11,993.90. This is 2.31% of the sale price of the home.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Janet Reuss has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.
