Parkview Commuter Lot

On January 1, 2022, the Parkview commuter lot located at Washington Street and North Avenue, south of the Naperville Metra Station, was converted from permit parking to daily fee parking. Anyone may park in the Parkview lot by paying the daily fee, the fee is $5 per day.

Commuter Parking Availability

The following lots remain temporarily closed:
  • Naperville Station: Water Tower West and East lots
  • Naperville Station: Kroehler lot
  • Route 59 Station: the portion of the City of Naperville lot west of fairway drive

These parking areas are closed due to low demand and to minimize plowing and salting of the commuter facilities during winter storm events. All other parking areas remain open, offering both permit and daily fee parking at both stations. All lots are expected to re-open in spring 2022.

The Kroehler lot remains closed due to low demand for parking. All permit holders should park in the Burlington lot at 5th Avenue and Washington Street, until the Kroehler lot reopens.
