On Feb. 3, Murthy Narayana Medicherla sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property at 1769 Arlington Lane, Glendale Heights to Matthew R. and Colleen McNiff for $410,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $10,262.80, 2.5% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold for $366,000 on July 28, 2004.

This property is one of six sales so far in Glendale Heights in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were four registered voters residing at 1769 Arlington Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Narayana Murthy Medicherla, 49, Rajanikant Adapa, 43, Hajera S. Qureshi, 39, and Naveed Khan, 41.
