On Jan. 19, Paul McDevitt sold their four bedroom, four bathroom home at 249 Exmoor Ave., Glen Ellyn to Dante J. and Kara Nicastro for $790,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $21,971.04, 2.78% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $750,000 on June 18, 2009.

So far in January 2022, 38 properties sold in Glen Ellyn.
