In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $7,305.74, which is 2.4% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 28, 2009 for $139,001.

So far in January 2022, 65 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 1480 Ashton Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ellie P. Lai, 26, Jessica B. Zulfekar, 27, and Tabitha Lai, 50.
