On Dec. 14, Mary K. Carpenter and David Kazumura purchased a home at 513 Elizabeth Drive, Wood Dale from Joann Skiera for $219,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,489.40, 1.59% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 13, 2017 for $185,000.

This property is one of 15 sales so far in Wood Dale in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joann Skiera has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries.
