B. DC-O-0097-21 ORDINANCE -- Z21-072 – Gehrke: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow existing shed to remain less than 3 feet from rear and side property line (approximately 0.25 feet and 1.45 feet, respectively), where it has existed for at least 5 years.
