(Downers Grove/ District 3) (Generally located northwest of 83rd Street and Cumnor Avenue) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
B. DC-O-0097-21 ORDINANCE -- Z21-072 – Gehrke: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow existing shed to remain less than 3 feet from rear and side property line (approximately 0.25 feet and 1.45 feet, respectively), where it has existed for at least 5 years. (Milton/ District 4) (Generally located northeast of IL-53 and Huntington Road, on the north side of Kensington Road) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
C. DC-O-0098-21 ORDINANCE -- Z21-076 – 27W Partners, LLC.: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow an electronic message center sign.
