C. Accept Senior Civil Engineer Hocking’s recommendation and pass resolution R2019-42, approving the reduction of the public improvements letter of credit for the BP/Dunkin Donuts project and placing the project into the two-year maintenance period
D. Accept Senior Civil Engineer Hocking’s recommendation and pass resolution R2019-43, approving the reduction of the performance security bond for the Duke Realty Briggs Fire Lane and Tortorello Basin project and placing the project into the two-year maintenance period
