Bensenville (DuPage County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Bensenville in DuPage County fell by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,500 - a 7.2% decrease over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Bensenville in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Bensenville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,943, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
