Aurora (DuPage County) home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Aurora in DuPage County rose by $6,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 48 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,250 - a 3.3% increase over the $204,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Aurora in March 2018, as well.
