Glen Ellyn home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Glen Ellyn fell by $110,000 while total sales increased by 94.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 25% decrease over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Glen Ellyn in March 2018.
