Winfield home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Winfield rose by $111,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $361,000 - a 44.4% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Winfield in March 2018.
