B.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2019-26, authorizing the disposal of surplus City-owned property through exchange of said property with Radar Man Inc., for future City purchase credit

C.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2019-27, approving an amendment to Title 5, Chapter 3, Section 11, Removal of Vehicles, to include Section (D), Vehicles Creating Traffic Hazard

D.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2019-28, approving the amendment to Title 2, Chapter 4, Emergency Management Agency, to update current language

G.Accept Plan Commission recommendation and direct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance approving Riley’s Subdivision Plat, 3S621 Curtis Avenue

H.Accept Plan Commission recommendation and direct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance approving text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance #1018 regarding Solar Energy Systems

I.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and adopt the General Loss Control Procedures policy, effective immediately
