Glen Ellyn home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Glen Ellyn fell by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,000 - a 5.4% decrease over the $351,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Glen Ellyn in April 2018.
