Roselle (DuPage County) home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Roselle in DuPage County fell by $22,000 while total sales increased by 86.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 10.1% decrease over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Roselle in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Roselle for 2017 was $5,880.72. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,669.80. This marks an increase of 3.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3%.
