B.Accept staff recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2019-09, adopting a revised 2019-2020 zoning map for the City of Warrenville

C.Accept Zoning Board of Appeals recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2019-10, approving a variation from the City of Warrenville Zoning Ordinance for a reduced building setback at 1S721 IL Route 59

D.Accept staff recommendation and pass resolution R2019-09, reauthorizing and reapproving the conveyance of the property commonly known as Plum Path Park to the Warrenville Park District

E.Accept staff recommendation and pass resolution R2019-10, approving the bid for the Mowing and Landscaping of City-Owned Sites to W.A. Management Inc. of West Chicago, IL for an amount not to exceed $44,094.30

F.Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and direct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance to approve the Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Warrenville and Lexington Trace, LLC

G.Accept Plan Commission recommendation and direct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance approving the Final Plat of Subdivision and Planned Unit Development plans and documents for the Lexington Trace subdivision proposed in the southwest quadrant of the Butterfield Road and Route 59 intersection

H.Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and adopt the Safety Committee’s policy, to be effective immediately

I.Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and adopt the Community Electronic Sign Policy, to be effective immediately

J.Receive and file minutes of the Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission regular meeting of February 12, 2019

K.Receive and file draft minutes of the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting of March 7, 2019

L.Receive and file report of invoices paid up to March 13, 2019, in the amount of $12,155.03

M.Authorize expenditure for invoices due on or before April 1, 2019, in the amount of $274,438.68
