A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Friends for Keith Matune was the only campaign committee in Downers Grove that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Friends for Keith Matune has yet to pay was imposed on March 1, 2016, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $2,200.
