The campaign committee Friends of Kevin for DuPage County Board owes a $750 fine imposed on Sept. 29, 2017, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $500 with Kevin Oyakawa listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 23 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $136,584.23 in pending fines.
