How did Seth Lewis spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Seth Lewis's election campaign committee, Citizens for Seth Lewis, spent $4,661 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Lewis's committee spent the most on campaign work in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,500) going to Carrie Miller in Schaumburg. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Lewis's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
