How did Herbert Wehling spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Herbert Wehling's election campaign committee, Milton Twp Republican Central Cmte, spent $4,819 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Wehling's committee spent the most on postage & printing in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,107) going to Mail N' Stuff in Glen Ellyn. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Wehling's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
