B.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and award $113,489 in Hotel Tax grant funding to various applicants per the Tourism and Arts Commission revised recommendation memo, dated January 29, 2019
C.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and direct staff to survey to residents of Lakeview Drive and the adjacent cul-de-sacs to gather input on the potential for removing and opening up Barkley Avenue to allow access to Lakeview Drive, assessing the responses, and then determining whether public meeting should be scheduled
D.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation, approve the Warrenville Historical Society’s grant request in the amount of $15,000 from the Hotel Tax Fund to cover the cost of their part-time Museum Director/Curator, and direct staff to include this funding in the FY 2020 Budget
E.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and approve the request to solicit donations for the August 6, 2019, National Night Out event
F.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and designate Aldermen Goodman and Bevier to work with the City Administrator to draft a policy or protocol to honor former and current City Officials when they pass away
G.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and accept the updates to the Capital Maintenance and Replacement Plan for 2018, per the staff memo dated January 24, 2019, and direct staff to incorporate those adjustments into an updated CMRP document
H.Receive and file minutes of the Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission regular meeting held on December 11, 2018
