VI.CONSENT AGENDA – OMNIBUS VOTE

A.Offer second reading and pass ordinance O2018-55, for the levy and assessment of taxes for the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 2018 and ending April 30, 2019

B.Accept Plan Commission recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2018-60, approving a temporary use permit for the Warrenville Park District 2019 Egg Hunt at Bower School and movie nights at Bower School, Cerny Park, and Summerlakes Park

C.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2018-61, repealing ordinance 2399 and directing staff to replace existing signs with appropriate signage on Batavia Road at Route 59

D.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2018-58, approving an agreement with All Information Services Inc. (AIS) for information technology services in the amount of $96,000 per year for a two-year term

E.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation, and authorize staff to negotiate an agreement with Symbiont Energy LLC, for the construction of a solar project to supply energy to the City’s Well #9 site, provided Symbiont can deliver at least a break-even energy-savings project

F.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation, and direct the Public Works Department to implement a mosquito abatement program, limited to application of larvicide in City storm sewer catch basins

G.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation, and pass the grant agreement with the American Lung Association for the installation of diesel particulate filters on four city-owned vehicles

H.Accept staff recommendation and approve the waiver of raffle and 24-hour liquor license fees and bond requirements for calendar year 2019 for the organizations included on the 2019 Waiver of License Fees list

I.Receive and file minutes of the Board of Fire and Police Commission regular meeting held on October 23, 2018

J.Receive and file minutes of the Board of Fire and Police Commission special meeting held on November 15, 2018

K.Receive and file draft minutes of the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting held on December 6, 2018

L.Receive and file minutes of the TIF #3 and TIF #4 Joint Review Board meetings held on April 12, 2018

M.Receive and file report of invoices paid up to December 12, 2018, in the amount of $85,726.18
