All comments from the Public must be presented at the time designated on the Agenda for Public Comment. All comments shall be directed to the Chair. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes, unless additional time is requested and approved, in the discretion of the Chair. The Board will consider comments made during Public Comment. It is, however, within the discretion of the Chair as to whether, and how, to address any comments or inquiries made.
