C.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2018-50, waiving formal bidding requirements, approving the purchase of a skid-steer loader from Atlas Bobcat, LLC, and authorizing the disposal of surplus City personal property
