Elmhurst Park District issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.

Elmhurst Park District’s Impact Dance Company and Tree Town Tappers performed at the Illinois State Fair for IAPD (Illinois Association of Park Districts) Park District Conservation Day on Saturday, August 18, 2018, in Springfield, Illinois. Twenty-five dancers, along with their families, made the trip to represent Elmhurst, with the goal of showing fair-goers how much fun people of all ages can have by participating in their local park district dance programs.

After giving two performances, Tree Town Tappers Director, Dianne Hain said, “All the dancers were troupers and really enjoyed the experience!”
