Bloomingdale School District 13 issued the following announcement on May 29.
6th Grade Back to School Camp - What a great opportunity for incoming 6th graders to get back into the groove!
6th Grade Back to School Camp is Wednesday, August 8, Thursday, August 9 and Friday, August 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Kids can sign up for one, two or all three days.
Students will familiarize themselves with the building, their lockers, tour the school and spend time with old and new friends.
Incoming 6th graders will revisit math strategies and problem solve with their peers.
There will be a celebratory pizza party during camp on Friday, August 10, 2018.
