About 26.1 percent of the 927 degrees and certificates handed out by the Elmhurst College in 2016-17 were to students in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Elmhurst conferred 152 bachelor's degrees and 88 master's degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services programs.
But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Data shows the school gave out 82 bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, followed by 74 bachelor's degrees in Psychology, General and 47 master's degrees in Business Administration and Management, General.
The college enrolled 3,403 students for 2016-17, including 2,856 in undergraduate programs and 547 in graduate programs.
