C. Accept Zoning Board of Appeals recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2017-60, approving reduced corner side-yard and interior side-yard building setback variations for 28W470 Townline Road

D. Accept staff recommendation, waive second reading, and approve ordinance O2017-61, deleting the Duke Parkway right-of-way from the redevelopment project area for the Southwest District/Route 59 Corridor Tax Increment Financing District #4

E. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2017-32, approving an agreement for janitorial services with Crystal Management and Maintenance Services Corp. for a 36-month term at a monthly cost of $2,665

F. Approve and pass resolution R2017-33, approving the engagement letter and Terms of Engagement with Holland & Knight, LLP to provide legal services to the City of Warrenville, effective October 1, 2017, and direct the legal services selection group to conduct a six-month review of the fees and services

G. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and endorse the new City branding program.

H. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and endorse the proposed Illinois Prairie Path Heritage Display enhancements to the City Trailhead Project

I. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and authorize staff to begin proactive communications with postal customers within the City of Warrenville that have a Naperville mailing address about a potential address change

J. Receive and file minutes of the Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission regular meeting held on July 12, 2017

K. Receive and file draft minutes of the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting held on September 7, 2017

L. Receive and file report of invoices paid up to September 13, 2017, in the amount of $39,663.55

M. Authorize expenditures for invoices due on or before October 2, 2017, in the amount of $201,508.46

N. Receive and file report of debit card expenditures for the month of August 2017 in the amount of $4,366.07
