Mr. Fichtner questioned the moving of funds from regular salaries to cover the cost of food/beverages invoices for Crisis Intervention Training (CIT). It was explained that funds for the CIT had been intially deposited into the regular salaries fund in the amount of approximatley $60,000.00 to be distributed as needed since this was a new program.

State's Attorney Berlin presented his office's proposed FY18 budget and provided committee members with budget comparisons. Discussion followed.
