Glen Ellyn Plan Commission will meet June 9.

Here is the agenda provided by the Commission:

1. Call to Order.

2. Public Comment (non-agenda items).

3. Public Hearing – 845 Pershing Avenue - Maryknoll Park – Glen Ellyn Park District – Special Use Permit Amendment – Maryknoll Park. Public hearing with discussion, consideration, and recommendation regarding a request for approval of an amendment to the Special Use Permit for Maryknoll Park to amend the master site plan at 845 Pershing Avenue. The subject property is located at the southeast corner of Illinois Route 53 and Pershing Avenue in the CR Conservation/Recreation District. 

4. Public Hearing – 49 Deicke Drive – B.R. Ryall YMCA of Northwestern DuPage County – Zoning Variations. Public hearing with discussion, consideration, and recommendation regarding a request for approval of Zoning Variations for the property at 49 Deicke Drive to allow the construction of a 1,196 square foot picnic pavilion. The subject property is located on the east side of Lambert Avenue, approximately 600’ north of Roosevelt Road in the C3 Service Commercial District. 

5. Public Hearing – 21W135 Roosevelt Road, 751 West Roosevelt Road, and 1209 South Lawler Avenue – Bucks Inc. – Zoning Map Amendment, Special Use Permits, Zoning Variations, and Subdivision Variations. Public hearing with discussion, consideration, and recommendation regarding a request for approval of a Zoning Map Amendment to the C3 zoning classification, Special Use Permits, Zoning Variations, and Subdivision Variations for the property at 21W135 Roosevelt Road, 751 West Roosevelt Road, and 1209 South Lawler Avenue to allow the construction of a gas station and convenience store with a car wash and outdoor merchandise. The subject property is located on the southeast corner of Roosevelt Road and Lawler Avenue in unincorporated DuPage County in the B- 2 (General Business District) and R-4 (Single-Family Residential District).
