5. General Amendment (City of St. Charles) Ch. 17.22 “General Provisions”, Section 17.22.030 “Permitted Encroachments” and Ch. 17.30 “Definitions”, Section 17.30.030 “General Definitions” (yard encroachment for pergolas and sports courts).
