A.RES-2017-5 : A Resolution Granting Approval of a Minor Amendment to the Site Plan for Lot 2 in Hobson Valley – Hobson Valley Storage – 6807 Hobson Valley Drive
Hobson Valley Storage Inc., requested an amendment to the previously approved site plan to install two security gates. Under the streamlined development review process, this request only requires staff approval. Staff approval was granted on December 22, 2016.

B.ORD-2017-1 : An Ordinance Amending the Village Code of the Village of Woodridge - Title 9, Section 9-6A-2 - Health Clubs and Athletic Clubs in the B-1 Zoning District
Approval of this Ordinance would amend the Village Code to allow health clubs and athletic clubs as a special use in the B-1 zoning district.

D.ORD-2017-3 : An Ordinance Granting a Special Use for a Health and Athletic Club – I Love Kickboxing - Woodridge Plaza – 2429 75TH Street
The applicant, GP Consulting, LLC., is proposing to lease approximately 3,600 square feet in the Woodridge Plaza Shopping Center to operate I Love Kickboxing, a health and athletic club. The proposed use requires a special use in the B2 zoning district.

E. Motion Authorizing a One (1) Year Contract Between Denler Inc. and the Village of Woodridge for Crack Fill and Seal Coating of Village Streets and Bike Paths for 2017
The Village entered into a joint bid contract with a group of adjacent municipalities for crack filling and seal coating services in an attempt to hold/reduce the project costs. This motion will award a contract to Denler Inc. for crack fill and seal coating services for the Woodridge portion only.
