A. Action Item -- Committee action requested: Approval of an amended interdepartmental agreement between DuPage County departments of Stormwater Management and Facilities Management to handle the dispersal of an additional $88,385 for construction from the West Branch Runoff Storage Variance program (detention fee- in-lieu) and BMP Fee-In-Lieu Program, for construction of the DuPage County Campus Wetland and Stormwater Initiative.

B. Change Order -- Amendment to County Contract 1434-0001 SERV, issued to Verizon Wireless, for wireless services for cellular phones, laptop and IPads, for Stormwater Management to increase the encumbrance in the amount of $2,717.52 to pay final invoices, for an amended County Contract total not to exceed $17,717.52, an increase of 18.12%.

C. Change Order -- SM-P-0124A-15 –  Amendment to Resolution SM-P-0124-15, issued to Earthwerks Land Improvement and Development Corporation, Inc., for the West Branch Flood Control & Re-meander Project, for Stormwater Management, to increase the contract in the amount of $11,126.38, resulting in a new contract total amount not to exceed $2,830,798.18, an increase of 0.39%

D. SM-R-0128-17 Resolution-- Action Requested: Approval of the Property 

Rights Transfer Agreement.
